United Team Sierra Leone as an organization is working with the view to strengthen and support youth-led initiatives for national development, through by fostering volunteerism, mentorship, peace, unity, and progress across Sierra Leone and beyond.
Vision
To develop initiatives that support and promote young Sierra Leonean citizens working to create positive change in their communities; through a well-structured and sustained youth-led initiative that fosters their contribution and involvement in nation building.
Mission Statement
To mobilize and unite young Sierra Leonean citizens to effectively contribute to and be involved in nation-building, fostering creativity, innovation, and sustainable opportunities for the development of all citizens, particularly the youth.
Purpose of the Organisation
To organize the youth and people of Sierra Leone to come together and air out their day-to-day developmental activities; and as well as to find sustainable solutions to solve those problems through in person-engagement, partnership, volunteerism, donation.
About Us
Type and Nature of the Organisation
The United Team SL is a national organization offering social and economic
development services to the youth and entire Sierra Leonean citizens at large.
And, it is non-sectarian, non-political and embracing all the affiliations of the
youth of Sierra Leone. Hereby recognized and deemed to be a voluntary venture
and shall exercise its obligations in Sierra Leone.

The established strategic services (activities) shall always be worked upon collectively. In other words, every member shall have to take part as a means of promoting volunteerism, diplomacy, cooperation, development and oneness.

This shall include participation and involvement of youth volunteers of the U Team SL. Making a positive living attractive to the community, which include: Counseling, mentorship and guidance among the youth and entire community.
